Who We Serve

Licensed Foster Homes- Anyone living in a Licensed Foster Home in and around Monroe County can request services. We coordinate with the adults living in that home to determine what services are a good fit.

Kinship Families- Kinship Families come in all manner of configurations! That’s the point! And we serve them all. But since there’s a wide variety we need to speak with you about your arrangement to confirm our ability to provide specific services.

Collaborative Care Individuals & the Homes Supporting Them- We serve the needs of both individuals in collaborative care and folks on their team.

Adoptive Homes- If you’ve become a forever family, that doesn’t mean you no longer need help. Anyone in an adoptive home can request services, and we coordinate with the adults in that home to address their unique needs.
